Access Denied

The are a number of reasons why you are seeing this message.

1/ ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS

Your account (login) does not have the correct permissions to access the Test Results or Scores. In this instance please contact your line manager or TALC as their logins will have correct permissions for see and dowload test results, certificates and scores.

2/ NOT LOGGED IN 

If you are an Agincare Officer or Care Home Manager (course administrator) and are trying to access the Test Scores & Certificates from a link in an email you have received entitled "Results Notice from Agincare Training" from donotreply@agincaretraining.co.uk

You are seeing this Access Denied message because you first need to login using your administrator username and password as the content you are trying to view is restricted to Management only. Your username will be your Agincare email address for example for Agincare UK in Worthing worthingmrg@agincare.com or for Crecy Care Home it is crecymgr@agincare.com.

The User Login box is located to the left of this message.

3/ CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

Only registered admins can create a new account. Please refer to your manager and ask them to create an account for you.

4/ FAILED TEST

If the person failed to reach the correct score there is no certificate to download and the system will default to this page. Typically the passmark is 80% please check the email to see the score.
