why you are seeing this message?

The are a number of reasons why you are seeing this message.

1/ ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS

Your account (login) does not have the correct permissions to access the Test Results or Scores. In this instance please contact your line manager or TALC as their logins will have correct permissions for see and dowload test results, certificates and scores.

2/ NOT LOGGED IN

If you are an Agincare Officer or Care Home Manager (course administrator) and are trying to access the Test Scores & Certificates from a link in an email you have received entitled "Results Notice from Agincare Training" from donotreply@agincaretraining.co.uk

You are seeing this Access Denied message because you first need to login using your administrator username and password as the content you are trying to view is restricted to Management only. Your username will be your Agincare email address for example for Agincare UK in Worthing worthingmrg@agincare.com or for Crecy Care Home it is crecymgr@agincare.com.

The User Login box is located to the left of this message.

3/ CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

Only registered admins can create a new account. Please refer to your manager and ask them to create an account for you.

4/ FAILED TEST

If the person failed to reach the correct score there is no certificate to download and the system will default to this page. Typically the passmark is 80% please check the email to see the score.

Instructions

To take a course follow the simple steps that will appear in this position on every page:

FIRST TIME USERS

Fill in your Username - your first name then your surname eg: John Doe.

Fill in your email address - either your Agincare email address or you primary personal email address.

Make up and remember a memorable password

Select the place of work - either Live in-Care or for Agincare UK select the location of your office.

Click "Create new account"

Simply click on the course you want to take listed in the top navigation.

EXISTING USERS

Click the "Log In" tab right

Enter your username - your first and last name for example John Doe

Enter your password - if you have forgotten your password you can get the system to email you a new one

Click "Log in"

Now click on the Course you wish to take.

Please read these instructions before you take a course

Click on the relevent course tab

Click "Take Course"

Read EVERY page of the book - listed on the left hand side untill you see

The Test link will then be enabled for you to take the test this is located under the green tick

If you see a yellow triangle this means you have not read every page and cannot continue to the test, so go back and make sure you have read every page of the workbook. The triangle looks like this

IMPORTANT - once you have decided to take the test and clicked on the Test link, please ensure you answer at least ONE QUESTION so that the system can book mark your place. This means that if you want to come back to the test at any time the system will be able to pick up where you left off. The system will also allow you to go back and enter a different answer at any time.

Account Review

To see your history click My Account and use the tabs (right) to manage you login details and review your activities and results.

Log out

To logout when you have finished click here Log out .
